Massage & Yoga helps relieve the stress and tension of everyday work & recreation by decreasing anxiety, enhancing sleep quality, improving concentration, increasing circulation and reducing muscle fatigue and soreness. Massage Therapy and Yoga heal the mind body and soul.

 

 

MASSAGE THERAPY SERVICES

Each session will be designed specifically for each person based on their needs and desired outcome of the session.

 

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish massage is design to promote general relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions, and improved circulation, which may speed healing and reduce swelling from injury.

 

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep muscle massage affects the sub-layer of fascia (connective tissue). Deep tissue massage helps with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation and reduces inflammation-related pain caused by arthritis and tendinitis.

 

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Swedish techniques combined with heat therapy from comfortably warmed lava stones. The heat from the stones promotes muscle relaxation and tension release by quickly warming muscles and facia.

 

BODYWORK SERVICES

 

REICHIAN BAND ENERGY HEALING

Hands on mix of energy work and massage therapy. This technique works with bands of holding around chakra areas and opening release of these areas.

 

YOGA SERVICES

There are many different styles of yoga. Jillian will design a specific session for each person combining one or more styles together into one. Yoga styles available are Hatha, Vynasa, Power, Yin & Restorative.
